How children learn in Play School
Play School is the early years programme at Doon Kids, for children from 1.5 to 6 years. Learning is play-based and curiosity-led: children discover by doing, with experienced educators and caregivers close by.
The aim is holistic early childhood development. Early learning, creativity, social skills and confidence grow together, with personalised attention so every child is recognised. The team is supported by language experts, academic specialists, a child psychologist and counsellors.
Children use the classrooms and learning rooms, an indoor play area with soft mats, see-saws and ride-on toys, a covered play deck with a slide, and an outdoor playground with slides, a merry-go-round, a climbing frame and a sand pit.
